Account email, display name, password hash, plan status, optional SoundCloud profile data when you connect OAuth, uploaded audio files, and basic server logs (IP, user agent) for security.
To run mastering jobs, enforce free quotas, process Stripe payments, and improve the product. We never sell your tracks.
Uploads are private to your account. We retain files while your account is active so you can re-download masters. You may request deletion of your account and audio via support@trymastered.com.
Card data is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party ad pixels are required for core service.
